How can I place my order?

  • You can place your order via our website or by calling our sales team on 02380 315316.
  • Our website is fully secure and protected by our Lets Encrypt SSL certificate so all your card information is kept safe at all times

  • All orders will be supplied with a full VAT invoice.

Will my order be in stock?

  • We stock a vast range of tools and accessories but on some occasions we may be out of stock. If when processing your order we find we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise. We will let you know when we are expecting stock and if this is not acceptable to you we will cancel your order and your card will be refunded.

How will my order be delivered?

  • All large orders are delivered via DPD Local or DHL. Smaller items such as spares and accessories are sent via Royal Mail. 
  • All orders sent will require a signature on delivery. 
  • All orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days from order. We do offer a next day delivery service. Please contact us for more details. 
  • If for any reason your order is going to be delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking details.
  • When placing an order online please make sure you have inputted the correct delivery address as we will not be held responsible for any delivery issues due to incorrect address details. 

General questions

What warranty comes with your product?

  • Every product we sell is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The length of warranty should be stated in the product details page. Some manufacturers require registration in order to validate or extend a warranty. Please ensure that this is done where applicable.

I need to arrange a power tool repair that is within its warranty period, what do I do?

  • You can call or contact us directly and we can explain the procedure dependant on which brand of tool you have. Alternatively in order to speed up the repair process we have agreements tied up with some of the major brands where they will liaise directly with you to collect, repair and return your item - this is designed to speed up the process as it reduces the amount of journey time.

I want to return an old electrical item and/or batteries for disposal, can I do that?

  • Under government regulations issued in January 2007 we are all obliged and must play our part to ensure that the amount of waste on certain electrical and electronic equipment is reduced going forward. Power Tool Sales as a retailer are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their own new item, at their own cost.
