How do I return a product?
Before returning any products to us, please contact us first with your personal details and reasons for wanting to make a return. You will need to obtain a returns reference in order to complete your return.

When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for any reason and get a refund at any time before you receive the goods, or up to the end of fourteen days after the day you receive the goods. If you are buying Goods from us for the purposes of your trade, business or profession and you are not classified as a consumer under UK consumer protection legislation the fourteen day returns policy does not apply. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more information.
We must receive the goods within 14 days from the point of your returns request.
How do I cancel my order?
- To cancel your order you need to contact us as soon as possible. If you have already received the goods, you can only exercise this right to cancel your order if the goods are unused, in a re-saleable condition and you have retained the packaging.
- You must return the goods to us at your own cost to our returns address unless we are at fault, in which case we will arrange collection.
- We advise customers to take care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime. If for any reason you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you the costs of recovering them ourselves.
