Our Power Tool Repairs & Servicing Process
1. Initiate Repair
Complete the form below to register/inform us you’ll be sending your tool in for repair.

2. Send
Send your tool to us either by post (click here for our address) or you can pop in and visit us. When sending in your tool, please print off your copy of the booking form and send it with the tool.
3. Assessment & Inspection
Once it arrives, your tool will be visually assessed and diagnostics undertaken to establish fault issues.
4. Repair/Service Quote
We will contact you detailing findings along with a quote to complete the repair. If you are happy to proceed, we will undertake the repair for you. (We do not complete repairs without your permission to proceed).
5. Repair/Service/Test
After receiving payment and confirmation, we will undertake your repair as quickly as possible. We stock many parts, however on some occasions, we need to order parts which may extend repair times (We’ll do our best to keep this to a minimum).
6. Return
After the tool has passed testing, we can arrange for your tool to be shipped back or stored ready for collection (shipping charges apply).

Tool Management & Service Contracts
In addition to normal repairs, we are able to offer bespoke service plans based around preventative maintenance.
Designed to reduce any potential business downtime from faulty tooling, the aim of the service being to maximize business productivity whilst offering the benefit of full asset management giving full service history for each tool (including options such as HAV/PAT testing).
Calibration certificates are issued and retained where applicable to ensure full site compliance for the tool user.
We’ll even keep you informed when service is due.
