Tool Management & Service Contracts

We understand every company is different so we will construct a unique service plan to suit your needs which will increase productivity and minimizes downtime.

We can log, track and manage all your tools with our tool management system, so you will never miss a HAV test or a service. This unique service is available to our repeat customers and contract service customers who have frequent repairs, testing and servicing. The tool management system ensures that the down time of tools is minimal. Our management system will remind when your tools are due a service, HAV Test, and will log previous repairs.

All tools can be engraved or asset tagged so its easier to log and the reports can be sent to the customer.

Tool Warranty Repairs

We are warranty agents for a variety of leading brands which include Chicago Pneumatic, Desoutter, Makita, RUPES & REMS.

We will then advise you how to proceed with the warranty claim and how to send the tool to us for inspection.

3. Assessment & Inspection

Your tool/jaws will be visually assessed and diagnostics run to check for any faults

5. Tool Repaired/Serviced

After receiving payment and confirmation, your repair will be carried out. Most parts are usually in stock however we do have to order some parts in therefore cannot guarantee a timescale on those repairs

7. Return

After the tool has been repaired and tested we can arrange for your tool to be picked up or posted to you which will include a carriage charge

    Tool Details

    Terms & conditions for repair of tools

    1. All repairs are quoted prior to commencing work.
    2. 'Over the counter' repairs will attract a £10.00+VAT (non-refundable) inspection fee. This fee will be deducted from your final quote.
    3. Payment is required prior to commencing repair (after quote approval).
    4. All prices are quoted excluding VAT.
    5. All tools are dismantled to fully establish cause of faults.
    6. Unrepaired tools (declined quotes) will be returned dismantled or disposed of on your behalf.
    7. If you choose not to proceed with your repair, but require your tool/s returned assembled, a labour charge will be applied.
    8. Electric tools will not be PAT tested unless requested.
    9. Quoted service/repairs awaiting customer action/response will be retained for a period of 6 weeks, then disposed of or sold to recover associated costs.
    10. Tools returned under warranty must include relevant paperwork (proof of warranty) prior to inspection.
    11. Where required, tools returned via courier will incur a shipping charge.
    12. We reserve the right to decline service to tampered or fully dismantled tools
