Our Tool Repairs & Servicing Process
1. Initiate Repair
Complete the form below to register/inform us you’ll be sending your tool in for repair.

2. Send
Send your tool to us either by post (click here for our address) or you can pop in and visit us. When sending in your tool, please print off your copy of the booking form and send it with the tool.
3. Assessment & Inspection
Once it arrives, your tool will be visually assessed and diagnostics undertaken to establish fault issues.
4. Repair/Service Quote
We will contact you detailing findings along with a quote to complete the repair. If you are happy to proceed, we will undertake the repair for you. (We do not complete repairs without your permission to proceed).
5. Tool Repaired/Serviced
After receiving payment and confirmation, we will undertake your repair as quickly as possible. We stock many parts, however on some occasions, we need to order parts which may extend repair times (We’ll do our best to keep this to a minimum).
6. Test & Final Inspection
After completing the repair/service, your tool will be tested and inspected to ensure it is fully functional. All conducted in line with our ISO 9001 standard.
7. Return
After the tool has passed testing, we can arrange for your tool to be shipped back or stored ready for collection (shipping charges apply).

We understand every company is different so we can construct a unique service plan to suit your needs which in doing so, can increase productivity and minimizes downtime.
We can log, track and manage all your tools with our tool management system, so you will never miss a HAV test or a service. This unique service is available to our repeat customers and contract service customers who have frequent repairs, testing and servicing. The tool management system ensures that the down time of tools is significantly reduced through operational efficiencies. Our management system will remind when your tools are due a service, HAV Test, and will log previous repair history.
We can assist in creating an asset database that will enable improved tracking of tools in use along with possible service/test schedules.
