Managing air supply is an often forgotten, but critical requirement in ensuring tools function correctly. Getting this right ensures the tools operate at the optimal level, using ‘clean air’ and as a result, don’t cause long term damage to the tools in use. This relatively low value investment pays back multiple times in the long term (reduction in service or tool replacement costs).
Installing FRL (Filter, Regulator, Lubricator) units at air supply points will ensure all of the above is managed correctly. In addition, using FRL units also allow you to independently control air pressure levels as required (6.3 Bar for tools or higher for tyre inflation)
